At benetton.com you can find a wide selection of products from our catalog for women, men and children, as well as special editions and products made exclusively for the online store. We update our catalog regularly, so come back often!
For each product you will find a detailed description, composition and useful information for washing and care of the garment. To help you choose the right size, we have created a Size Guide with conversion tables from the Italian size, shown on the tag and on the product sheet, as well as conversions for different countries.
You can check the progress of your order at any time on the Order Status page: just enter the email with which you made the purchase and the order number. If you are a registered customer, you can also check your order from your account: log in and enter the 'Orders' section to find all the information. At the time of shipment we will send you an email with the tracking number and the link to the courier's website, where you can see the delivery information.
It is not possible to modify or cancel orders placed online. After the delivery of the order you can request the return of the products you wish to return and you will receive a full refund of the price of the products. If you think you've made a mistake writing the order shipping address, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible: we will then verify if the address can be modified or if it's necessary to cancel the order and provide reimbursement, if need be.
It's easy: add all the products you like to your cart, from the catalog or from your Wishlist. While shopping you can always see the contents of your cart, alongside the total value of your purchase. You can change the quantity, size and color of the items you intend to purchase at any time. Before completing the purchase, we will ask you for the delivery address and the payment method you prefer to use. By clicking on 'Buy now' you will confirm your order and we will immediately send you an email with a summary of your purchase. Registered users will also be able to find order details in their account.
You do not need to be registered to shop on benetton.com: you can complete your purchase by simply entering your email (to receive notifications about your order) and a shipping address. However, if you choose to register, you will be able to take advantage of some benefits. Registered users can store their addresses within the account and check the status of their order directly in the reserved area. Register now.

Yes, all prices already include VAT.
'Discount Codes' are vouchers that you can use for special promotions. All the conditions for using the discount codes will be explained together with the code itself. To take advantage of the discount code on benetton.com, enter it in the appropriate field of your cart before completing your purchase. The discount will be calculated and displayed immediately.
There are several possible reasons. The credit or debit card you have chosen may have expired. You may not have entered all the details of the chosen payment method correctly. Carefully check the data entered and try again to make the payment. If the problem persists, we suggest choosing an alternative payment method or try contacting your bank.

Remember to select the Country where you want your order delivered: the items in your shopping bag and Wishlist will no longer be available if you change Country while shopping.

If you choose payment through Wire Transfer, please consider that shipping times start from the day on which the payment is received by our bank (this can be up to 3 days after you send the wire transfer).
As the courier will request a signature, it's important to choose an address where you or someone else will be available during office hours (for example at a concierge or office address).
If no-one is available to receive the order, the courier will leave a note with a contact number. If you need any help organising the delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care.
You can check the status of your order at any time on the Order Status page: simply enter the email address you used for the purchase and your order number. If you are a registered customer, you can also check your order from your account: log in and enter the 'Orders' section to get all the information.
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the link to the courier's website, where you can see the delivery information.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill out the return form at benetton.com/order-return within 14 days of receiving the order. Returning one or more products is easy and always free: you will find all the information inside the packaging, or online on the Returns page.
All returned items will be refunded through the payment method you chose for your order. The refund will correspond to the final price you paid for the item.
We are committed to ensuring your refund is processed as quickly as possible. Once the products arrive at our warehouse, we will take up to a maximum of 14 working days to check that all return conditions have been met. Accepted returns will be refunded shortly after. We will keep you updated throughout this process by email.
Please consider the time necessary for the credit to show on your account may vary according to banking procedures and to the payment method you chose.
We cannot refund any extra duties or import taxes you local Customs office may have requested at delivery. Please consider these fees are not requested nor collected by benetton.com.
We suggest you contact your local authorities or the carrier for further information before you ship your return.

CAN I USE THE BENETTON FAMILY CARD AS A PAYMENT METHOD?
No, the Benetton Family Card cannot be used as a payment method. You can use the loyalty card to gain points and get perks like discounts, gifts and sneak peek promos.
CAN MY FAMILY AND MY FRIENDS USE MY BENETTON FAMILY CARD?
No, the Benetton Family Card is personal and may not be used by others. It can be used only by the person it's registered with.
CAN I GAIN POINTS AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?
Yes, you can use your Benetton Family Card at all participating stores and online.

HOW MANY POINTS ARE NECESSARY TO GET A DISCOUNT?
You can get a discount of 40ZL after reaching 400 points. The conversion of points into discounts will happen at 40ZL and multiples thereof.
HOW CAN I SEE MY POINT BALANCE?
To view your points balance, log in to your account at the website Benetton.com. In "MyArea" you can see how many points you've gained and check out the available Discount Vouchers.
WHAT IS THE WELCOME BONUS?
The Welcome Bonus is a special 15% welcome discount that you'll receive after your Benetton Family Card has been activated. You can use the Welcome Bonus on your next purchase, within 60 days of its issue date. It cannot be combined with Standard Discount Vouchers.
WHAT IS A STANDARD DISCOUNT VOUCHER?
The Standard Discount Voucher is a special discount you can get through the points accumulated with your Benetton Family Card. The points are automatically converted into Standard Discount Vouchers with predefined amounts of 40ZL or multiples thereof. You can use the Standard Discount Voucher on your next purchase, within 60 days of its issue date. It cannot be combined with the Welcome Bonus.
WHAT IS THE BIRTHDAY BONUS?
Your birthday is special to us. To celebrate it with you we've thought up two surprises: double points on the first purchase made in the 7 days before and/or after your birthday and a special gift that will be sent to you via email.
I'VE ACTIVATED MY BENETTON FAMILY CARD BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY WELCOME BONUS, WHY?
To get the Welcome Bonus, you must make a purchase and activate your Benetton Family Card within 15 days.
HOW CAN I GET MY DISCOUNT VOUCHER?
To receive your Discount Voucher you need to reach 400 points on your Benetton Family Card, you'll find it in your "MyArea". Remember that your bonus voucher is valid for 60 days from the moment it's issued and will be worth 40ZL or a multiple thereof.
WHERE CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT VOUCHER?
You can use your Discount Voucher at stores participating in the Benetton Family Card program and online.
HOW CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT VOUCHER?
To use your Discount Coupon at participating stores, simply present your Family Card number to the cashier at checkout. To use it online, though, you'll have to select it, once logged into your My Area, during the checkout phase. Remember that the Discount Voucher is not valid on sale or promo items, must be used once, cannot be split, cannot be converted into cash and does not give the right to change.
CAN I ACCUMULATE MORE DISCOUNT VOUCHERS?
Yes, you can combine several Discount Vouchers and use them on the same purchase. However, it's not possible to use a 40ZL Discount Voucher together with the Welcome Bonus.
DOES THE VOUCHER EXPIRE?
The discount voucher expires 60 days after being issued.
TO REDEEM MY VOUCHER, DO I NEED TO SPEND A MINIMUM SUM?
No, there's no minimum sum that you have to reach to use the discount voucher.
CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT VOUCHER MULTIPLE TIMES?
No, the discount voucher may be redeemed once.
CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT VOUCHER RECEIVED FROM THE BENETTON FAMILY CARD ONLINE?
Yes, you can also use your Discount Voucher at the website Benetton.com once logged into your My Area.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY AREA?
Once you've finished registering, you must have your personal username and password to access your My Area. If you don't remember your password, recover it by clicking on "Forgot your password?".
HOW CAN I EDIT MY PERSONAL DATA?

What is "The Colors Club"?
"The Colors Club" is the new 3 status loyalty program from United Colors of Benetton. Start your shopping at participating stores or online by accessing your My Area, collect colored dots and access a series of exclusive benefits and special offers designed for you.

How can I join "The Colors Club"?
You can sign up for our loyalty program for free by going to one of the United Colors of Benetton or Undercolors of Benetton stores participating in the initiative or online, via the account creation page.
How do I accumulate dots to obtain discount coupons to use on my next purchases?
Accumulating dots is very simple: you'll get one dot for every euro spent at participating stores or online.
The dots accumulated with online purchases will remain "frozen" for the entire period in which it is possible to make a return; when this period has passed, the dots will automatically become "effective".

What are the status to reach?
The status is defined by a predefined amount of dots accumulated through shopping at participating stores or online. There are increasing benefits ay at each status.
There are 3 status you can reach:
Fan: 0 to 799 Dots
Friends: from 800 to 2399 Dots
Family: from 2400 Dots
What are the "The Colors Club" perks
- Welcome Bonus equal to 15% discount that can be used at participating stores if you correctly complete the card activation procedure and make a first purchase within 14 days of that date. It is valid for 60 days from the date of issue;
- You'll receive a discount voucher of 40ZŁ or 60ZŁ for every 800 dots, based on the status reached, which can be used on a subsequent purchase at participating stores or online on a minimum purchase equal to at least double the value of the discount voucher. It is valid for 60 days from the date of issue;
- Birthday Bonus equal to 15% or 20%, depending on the status reached. It can be used at participating stores or online only once between the 7th day before and the 7th day after the date of your birthday with no minimum purchase amount.

Are the 40ZŁ and 60ZŁ discount vouchers cumulative?
Yes, the 40ZŁ and 60ZŁ discount vouchers can be combined, but not with other value or percentage discount vouchers, such as the Welcome Bonus and/or the Birthday Bonus. They cannot be split, they cannot be converted into cash and they do not give the right to change. They cannot be used to purchase items on sale or subject to other promotions.
Where can I use my discount vouchers?
The loyalty Welcome Bonus can only be used at participating stores without a minimum purchase.
The 40ZŁ and 60ZŁ discount vouchers can be used on a single purchase at participating stores or online by accessing your My Area on a minimum purchase equal to at least double their value.
The Birthday Bonus can be used at participating stores or online by accessing your My Area with no minimum purchase.
How can I find out my membership status, my dots and my discount vouchers?
It is possible to check your status, dot balance and available discount vouchers by accessing the My Area at the benetton.com website.
To access it you must have a personal username and password. If you don't remember your password, recover it by clicking on "Forgot your password?".
Does my dot balance expire?
Yes, for more details, consult the rules and regulations at this link.
If I make an exchange in stores, will the points I have acquired be deducted?
If you make a return to participating stores, a return voucher will be issued which will not be deducted from your dot balance.
You will be able to use the return voucher as a payment method for your next purchase and this will not accumulate dots.
How can I unsubscribe from "The Colors Club" program?
You can cancel your membership from "The Colors Club" program at any time by contacting Customer Service from your My Area: log in, select "Contact us", fill out the form and click "Send".
HOW CAN I GET THE APP?
On your device, go to your App Store or Google Play: search for the Benetton APP and download it for free.
If you already have an account on benetton.com, log in using your credentials.
If, on the other hand, you don't have an account, sign up and fill out the form with your info.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE APP?
With the Benetton APP you can:
- check out the latest trends and shop from wherever you are
- create an account directly on the app and sign up for the Family Card program
- save your favorite products on your wishlist in just a click
- scan an article's barcode in the shop and search for it online to get more detailed information
- monitor your orders and manage returns quickly and easily
USING WHAT ACCOUNT CAN I LOG INTO THE APP?
You can log into the Benetton APP with the same account you use for the website benetton.com, entering your credentials.
You can log in directly from the app, without any need to go onto the website.
CAN I CHECK MY LOYALTY PROFILE FROM THE APP?
Of course! You can use your Family Card on the Benetton APP, too. You can go to the "My Area", collect points while shopping, check the state of your order online as well as gift vouchers and any other transaction.
