Fun. Creativity. Color. On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2025, United Colors of Benetton celebrates its special taste for life with “Summer Together”, a collaboration with Finnish artist and glassblower Paula Pääkkönen.

PAULAPÄÄKKÖNEN
Paula Pääkkönen (1990) is a glassblower and artist. She works in the famous glass village of Nuutajärvi, Finland. Glass is her preferred material because it’s so challenging to work with and because glassblowing techniques are an endless source of inspiration for her.
As an artist, she is currently working with the themes of childhood, memories and imagination. In 2024, she was among the international talents selected for “Homo Faber: The Journey of Life”, an exhibition on craftsmanship curated by Luca Guadagnino and Nicolò Rosmarini that was hosted by the Fondazione Giorgio Cini, in Venice.

“Summer Together” will be on display for a month, starting Saturday, April 12, at the United Colors of Benetton store at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 9, in Milan
